This website collects personal data only when you choose to submit it: your name, work email address, company or entity name, and the contents of your message, via the Private Enquiries form or a case study request. We do not run analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or behavioural profiling on this site.
3. How we use it
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry or fulfil your case study request, and to assess whether a working relationship is appropriate. We do not use your details for marketing lists, and we do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes.
4. Lawful basis
We process your data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to a business enquiry you initiated) and, where a discussion progresses, steps towards entering a contract at your request, in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
5. Retention
Enquiry correspondence is retained only for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting engagement, after which it is deleted. This website does not store form submissions in a marketing database.
6. Security & processors
Form submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections and verified by Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent abuse. Our hosting and email providers act as data processors under appropriate contractual safeguards.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability.
