Build Deploy Operate Ltd (company number 16962156, registered office at 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom) is committed to conducting its business ethically and to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all its forms within our operations and supply chains. This statement is made voluntarily in the spirit of section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

2. Our business

We provide long-term engineering stewardship and operational management of proprietary software IP. Our operations are professional-services in nature, conducted from the United Kingdom, and our supply chain is limited primarily to professional, technology, and hosting service providers.

3. Risk assessment

We consider the risk of modern slavery within our direct operations to be low: our team consists of skilled professionals engaged on fair, transparent terms. We nevertheless remain vigilant across our supplier relationships and expect the same standards from those we work with.

4. Our approach

We engage staff and contractors under written agreements with fair remuneration, work only with reputable suppliers, and will not knowingly engage any party involved in forced, bonded, or child labour, human trafficking, or exploitative working practices. Concerns can be raised with us directly and will be investigated promptly.

This statement is reviewed periodically and updated as our business develops. It was approved by the directors of Build Deploy Operate Ltd.
